No. Due to their curated and personalised nature, wedding orders are not eligible for return or exchange once approved. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders may be cancelled before production or customisation begins, subject to confirmation. Once production has commenced, cancellations may not be possible.
